At That Girl’s Hair, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

📅 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened hair extensions within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Hair must be in original packaging

  • Security seal must not be broken

  • Hair must be unworn, unaltered, unbrushed, and untouched

  • We do not accept returns on any custom colored items

Because human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, no returns or exchanges can be made once the seal is broken.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 24–48 hours after processing

🔁 Exchanges

You may request an exchange within seven (7) days of receiving your order — as long as:

  • The bundle seal is intact

  • The hair is completely untouched

If the hair is altered in any way, the exchange will be denied and the hair returned to you.
